ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਾਗੀ ਇਲਾਕਾ'। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਜੀਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਬਿੱਲਾ ਲਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਮੀਡੀਏ  ਨੈੱਟ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਤੇ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿ ਸਕੇ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਬਹੁ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾਂ। 2011 ਦੀ ਮਰਦਮ ਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਹਾਕੇਵਾਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਦਰ 8% ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਦਰ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 21 ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਨੁਪਾਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ 6% ਘਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪੇਗੰਡੇ ਰਾਂਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਚਾ ਜੰਮਣ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਹੇਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਣਾ। 

ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਖਾਨਾ ਹੈਗਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਕਾਰਖਾਨਾ ਮੁੱਕਤ ਕਰਨਾਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ "ਬਾਗੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲਾ" ਬਾਰੇ ਕਦੀ ਗਲ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਇਸ ਬਿੱਲੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਾਇਦੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹੋ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਸੀਏ ਨੰਗਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵੀ ਓਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ। ਨਕਲ ਤੇ ਨੈਗੇਟਿਵ ਪ੍ਰਾਪੇਗੰਡਾ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਇਹ ਬਿੱਲਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਂ।

ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਮੁਖਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੋ ਫੌਜ ਖੜੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਕਿ ਬਾਗੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਿੱਲਾ ਲੱਥ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਸੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ।

Punjab to stay as disturbed area: Rijiju

Amritsar: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju on Sunday said there was no need to revoke the disturbed area status in Punjab given the threat posed by external forces.

To a query by Akali leader Rajinder Singh Marwaha during an interaction with BJP and SAD leaders here, Rijiju said: “The disturbed area tag does not hinder progress, development project or grant to the state by the Union Government.”

The status was necessary for maintaining peace in the state and the Centre was keeping a close watch on forces trying to destabilise the region, he said, while referring to Intelligence inputs that suggested how certain agencies from across the border were trying to disturb communal harmony.

On Pakistan’s response to the Pathankot air base attack, he said Islamabad had not denied that terrorists had infiltrated from their territory. Rijiju is on a two-day visit to the city. — TNS
