ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਾ ਟਾਈਮ ਘਟਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਆਪਾਂ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੀਏ

ਹਰਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਦਾ ਅਮੂਮਨ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਲਗ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮੰਨੀ ਹੋਈ ਗਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭੀੜ ਵਿਚ ਕਦੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਲਗਦਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਕਰੇ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਉਪਰ ਥੱਲੇ ਵੇਖੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਈ ਫੁਕਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਖਲੋਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ। ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੋਰ ਤਾਂ ਰਹੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਪਰ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਜੋਰ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਨਹੀ ਕਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਲਾਈਂਨ ਵਿਚ ਲਗੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਬੀਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ। ਇਸ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਹੈ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨਾਂ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ/ਕਨੇਡਾ/ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਦਦ ਲਏ। ਓਥੇ ਕਾਰਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਆਮ ਹੀ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਲਗੇਗਾ। ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੱਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਸ ਆਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਚ ਦਾ ਦਾਇਰਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਰਨਾਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਮੂਮਨ ਅਸੀ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੰਨੇ ਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਆ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ ਉਹਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਲਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੁਨੀਆ ਬਹੁਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਬਸ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੋਚ ਖੁੱਲੀ ਹੋਵੇ।

I was today deprived of the visit to the Golden Temple due to flood of pilgrims may be due to Hola Mohalla festival. I took a short cut and instead went to Akal Takhat. I was thinking that SGPC should employ some scientific methods to minimise the time in matha-tek. We normally see people in queques have to wait a longer time because when the devotee arrives at Golden Temple he starts praying and looking the inside of temple thus occupying the space for longer time. We have seen pilgrim often getting confused while inside the holiest of holy. The helper does guide him but the helper can't push him or force him to move. We can definitely manage to reduce the devotees time. For this we will have to use some technology. I feel with the use of technology we can definitely reduce the time taken by a pilgrim inside golden temple.

Solution is use of technology which is often deployed in industries. We suggest that SGPC should take the help from Sangat of UK/Canada/USA to sort out this help. There definitely is solution available. Even this writer can suggest one. I know pilgrims obesience time will have to be observed. Technology will only assist, guide and help the pilgrim move ahead.
