Millions of Punjabis have supported
Kartarpur Corridor demand. People's support is being demonstrated every
year at Dera Baba Nanak. It is also seen that it is not only the Sikhs
that want soft borders between India and Pakistan even Hindu brethren have
vehemently supported the corridor. It is again an undisputed fact that
with peaceful relations both India and Pakistan gain tremendously on the
economic front. But alas there are institutions and organisations with
vested interest who do not want to witness the dawn of Peace in the
subcontinent. It is all the more strange that the Delhi governments is
paying more heed to the wishes of such extremist organisations than to the
aspirations of the people. Notwithstanding we are hopeful that ultimately
the Govt will have to bow before the majority.
We thus feel every one of us has a role
to play in this pious deed. There are people who are silently working for
the materialisation of this demand. Sangat Langha Kartarpur the humble
organisation has done much more in a small time.
Through this appeal I wish to request
you to participate in this noble cause. And contribute in the way you
think best. One thing is you can set up your group in what ever area you
are in and publicise the idea of corridor. Or be a member of the
organisation. Then we will tell you what you can do.
