Much of the vegetation the greenery the trees that were there in the abundance in 1999 have been cut. It is our fault. In the year 2001 onwards at times we would cry from the border(Indian Side) on the loudspeakers to Pak rangers that Durbar sahib was not visible. In fact large elephant grass prevented our view. We wanted sarkanda to be removed. But our brothers removed the grenery around durbar sahib. A communication gap? Unfortunately some historic trees have also been felled. Elders tell that there used to a garden on the west of Durbar.
