Holy Prasad Arrives from
Kartarpur Sahib (Pakistan)
Amritsar, Oct.18. B.S.Goraya, Chief Servant of Sangat
Langha Kartarpur, has in a delayed press note revealed that the holy prasad
arrived from Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan for the devotees who do prayers at
border on every Sangrand.
Goraya tells there were heart rending scenes on border
when the devotees of Sangat Langha Kartarpur did loud prayers for opening of
Kartarpur Sahib Corridor, “Oh God waheguru! let peace prevail in this
subcontinent. Bestow good sense in the minds of Indian rulers that they
approve 3 km long Corridor which has been proposed by Pakistani president
Gen. Musharraf.” When the cries of ‘bole so nihal’ were echoing in the air
the Pakistani cows which were grazing nearby came near the border fence as
if pleading entry too. See photo :-

Holy cows seeking removal of fence. On the other side
of fence the Sikhs prayed for corridor. Please mark the white spot on the
back. It is Gurdwara Kartarpur sahib about 3 km away.
After the prayers were over at 11 AM and most of the
devotees returned including, revealed Goraya, there arrived near the fence
Pakistani Sikhs on two tractor trolleys from Kartarpur Sahib. They were
headed by Baba Gobind Singh granthi of Kartarpur Sahib. They had brought the
holy prasad for the devotees across border. They too prayed on the border
seeking darshan of Gurdwara Durbar Sahib Dera Baba Nanak and Chola sahib the
gown of Guru Nanak in India.
Immediately the peasants Sikhs near the border arrived
to take the prasad from the Pakistani Sangat but the Indian border police
BSF did not allow them to take any thing from Pakistanis. The Pakistani
devotees then took water from the Indian hand pump near the fence and
returned.
Goraya has informed that he will take up the issue with
Punjab Govt and Govt of India to allow taking of holy prasad from Kartarpur
Sahib in future. Because this would be yet another step to strengthen peace.
