ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਮਾਰਚ 16, ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਲਾਂਘੇ ਲਈ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ 'ਸੰਗਤ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ' ਦੇ ਮੁਖ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਬੀ.ਐਸ. ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੋਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਇਤਲਾਹ ਦਿਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਖੁੱਲੇ ਲਾਂਘੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ 13 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2001 ਤੋਂ ਅਰੰਭ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਰਦਾਸਾਂ ਵਸਾਖੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ 15 ਸਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਓਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਅੱਡਾ ਸਰਹੱਦ, ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਨਾਨਕ, ਜਿਲਾ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, ਹਰ ਸੰਗਰਾਂਦ ਤੇ ਅਮਨ ਪੂਰਬਕ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ/ਭਗਵਾਨ/ਅੱਲਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਜੋਦੜੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਮੱਤ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਿਥੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਮਾਏ ਸਨ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ/ਵੀਜਾ ਦੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਖੁੱਲ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਬਾਬਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਓਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਹੀ ਪਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਲ ਕਰੇ। ਓਧਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਸੈਬਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਸਰਬਸੰਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2010 ਨੂੰ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲੋ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਖੋਲਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਐਤਕਾਂ 8 ਮਾਰਚ 2016 ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਦੇ ਅਸੈਂਬਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੀ ਓਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਕੋਲੋ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਾਂਘਾ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਮਨਜੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖੁੱਲੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ-ਮਨਜੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਣਦਾ ਨਹੀ। ਕਿਉਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਾਂ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ/ਵੀਜਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ।ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਫਿਰਕਾਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਸਰ ਹੇਠ ਘੇਸ ਮਾਰੀ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਐਤਕਾਂ ਵਿਸਾਖੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਮਾਸਿਕ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਬਜਾਏ ਸ਼ਾਮੀ ਸਾਢੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਜੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਾਂ ਸਿੰਘਣੀਆਂ ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਭੁਖੀਆਂ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੇ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਠ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਦੀ ਭੁਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਸੋ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਪਾਠ ਤੇ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਧੁੱਸੀ ਤੇ ਠੀਕ 9 ਵਜੇ ਅਰੰਭ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਮੱਤ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ।

Amritsar, March 16 ( ) B.S.Goraya the chief servant of Sangat Langha Kartarpur has informed by issuing a press note that this Vaisakhi the monthly prayers at border for opening of Corridor for Kartarpur sahib will complete 15 years as the prayers were started on April 13, 2001. He informed that the next prayer at border on Vaisakhi i.e April, 13, 2016 will be done in the evening instead of noon and that at border throughout the day 5 Sikhs will recite Japuji sahib the bani which was composed at Kartarpur sahib by Guru Nanak. He informed that these five Sikhs will observe a symbolic hunger strike throught the day to prick the conscience of Centre Govt.
Kartarpur sahib is a holy Sikh shrine where Guru Nanak the founder of Sikhism passed away on Sept.22, 1539. The shrine is in Pakistan but visible from Indo-Pak border. The Sikhs are demanding a passage free from passport/visa to this shrine. The Pakistan Govt has already announced its willingness to allow a free passage to border shrine. The Punjab Govt Chandigarh passed a resolution on Oct. 1, 2010 in the favour of corridor and asked the Indian Govt to take up the issue with Pakistan Govt for approval of Corridor. Recently i.e on March 8, 2016 the Punjab Governor in his address to the Punjab Assembly has again asked the Indian Govt to approve the corridor plan.
Goraya has alleged that Modi Govt is delaying the decision on corridor due communal reasons. He said the same Govt has demanded a free passage to Kailash Mansarovar Temple in Tibet China. Thus there is no reason, alleged Goraya that Govt should delay its decision.
Goraya said that symbolic hunger strike will prick the conscience of Modi Govt to take a just decision on Corridor which was delayed for 15 years.
He informed that Path the prayers will begin at 9 AM at Corridor Point on Border at Dera Baba Nanak, Distt. Gurdaspur and end with the sangat prayers at 5-30 PM on Vaisakhi the April 13. He said the hunger strike will be perfectly peaceful.
